You may return your Hardero order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. This right applies in accordance with consumer protection principles consistent with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Returned within 14 calendar days of receipt
In its original, unopened and undamaged packaging
Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

Opened or partially used packages
Products that have been damaged after delivery
Orders where the 14-day window has passed

5. Refund Process

As orders are paid on delivery, refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the return, via bank transfer or the original payment method used.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products
